Vegan Strong And Fit was born from our passion to help others live a healthy and strong lifestyle! We are Ashley and Yuri, husband and wife, vegan weight loss coaches, and co-owners of Vegan Strong And Fit. We are here to help people with a plant-based approach to holistic health and weight loss.

Together we have already lost over 150 pounds and counting! We are so excited to share our secrets to success with our clients and help them with their weight loss journey using the same types of workouts and nutritional habits that we use.

Hi!! I'm Ashley, your certified fitness, nutrition, and wellness expert, wife, and mom of 3 boys.

I began my vegan weight loss journey late March of 2020 and have already lost over 70 pounds using the knowledge and tools I have gained through my certification process! Now, I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and helping them accomplish their goals!

I'm Yuri!

I'm currently working on my certifications for Nutrition, Fitness, and Weight Loss. I have lost over 85 pounds since March 2020. I enjoy learning how the human body works, how food affects the body, ways to build muscle and lose fat. It's my honor and privilege to share this information with the masses and hope that it can benefit you, your friends and family for generations to come.
